How to cut the timeline using the button and delete the cut fragment on the left, exactly with the button!

I am afraid this is not possible with one press of a button or a keyboard shortcut. The thing is that Kdenlive always selects the clip to the right after a cut. You need to select the (newly created) clip to the left of the cut and press delete or right-click the clip and select Extract Clip.

So perhaps creating a [Feature Request] in the official Kdenlive bug tracker would help. I can imagine a switch in the Settings that determines whether the clip to the left or the right of the cut are selected.

Create a [Feature Request] in the official bug tracker. There is an option for the Severity: wishlist. Use that and also add [Feature Request] to the Summary.
