Decouple accent color and folder color?

Hi!,

I have a very simple “problem”:

  1. I do like the default accent color from Breeze, however
  2. I prefer my folders not to be blue

So I was thinking it would be awesome if we had an option to decouple accent and folder color so we could set them separately.

Linux Mint Cinnamon partially achieves this by having multiple GTK and icon themes with predetermined colors but lack options to set a specific color for any of them.

I know about the inode/directory file association trick but it does not cut it for me personally.

I don’t know anything about the inner workings of breeze and the mechanisms that are involved in this whole accent color thing so I don’t know how hard would it be to separate the current accent color option into accent color and folder color.
