Defective keyboard layouts on Rosa Desktop Fresh 13 Plasma 6

Hello! Need urgent solution!

After an update, in fact a reinstall of plasma 6.4.5 desktop on Rosa Desktop Fresh, which was by error removed by dnf autoremove, BIG problem arised with keyboard layouts on my Lenovo laptop. I use hungarian and us/romanian (english us is the main, and secondary layout activated by ALT R key is the romanian) keyboard layouts

It is very weird. Why the layouts worked correctly until this reinstall?
I wonder, because I checked now the original 13.0 iso, from which I installed the system, and the problem is present there too. But when I installed and set up my layouts, everything worked normally from august (when I installed) until now. Why did not appeared earlier?

On the newly released Rosa 13.1 is the same problem.

Rosa isos were tested on two recent laptops, Lenovo Ideapad 5 and a Dell Vostro. Other distro’s plasma6 iso layouts works correctly.

The layouts are incorrect. The problem has to be somewhere in plasma, because outside of it - on tty command-line or mate desktop for example everything works correctly and the layout files in /usr/share/X11/xkb/symbols/ are correct.

I tried to roll back my installation to an earlier estate (now I am on plasma 6.4.3 on a 6th october repository snapshot) , but no help. The problem remained. I don’t know what to do.

I need urgent solution, because it is difficult, or partly impossible to use the keyboard for writing in hungarian or romanian. Problematic is the level activated by ALT Right key (ISO Level3 Shift).

In the attachments the upper image is the correct layout, and under it is the Rosa plasma layout. I noted with green and then red circles the keys which I use normally and are not alright anymore. There are also other differences, as you can see, but I marked the most important ones for me.

Hungarian layout:

Romanian layout:

Changing the keyboard model has nothing to do with the problem. It just changes, eventually, the number of keys, but the layout itself, not. So, the secondary symbols for example the ‘key A’ are the same on the same layout no matter what keyboard setting is used. And this is normal to be like this.

I attach the US layout too, to see how different is the normal US layout and Rosa’s US layout.

Thank You very much for Your help!
