Digikam face tags aren't recognized by other software (e.g. google fotos, windows explorer)

Hi there,

i used digikam to recognize all the faces in my fotos.

I wrote them in Metadata.

However, for example in Windows Explorer they are not visible and if i use the windows exlorer search, i cannot find pictures using the persons names.
Also for example after a upload to google fotos i cannot see the persons names.

Does anyone know how to make the face tags usable/ visible in other applications?
