I’m using digiKam’s importer to suck all photos from my iPhone to my laptop, which works greatly…
…except when there is no EXIF timestamp available as it is the case with WhatsApp pictures.
In this scenario, digiKam takes the creation date of the picture after copying it to my laptop’s file system which is annoying. It would be much better to take the creation date of the file on the phone.
Is there any configuration to adjust this?
Or is this a feature request?
