Digikam missing Ctrl+F5 search for new images function

Since version 8.6.0 the function to search for new images in an album is missing. Does anybody know what happened?
Yes, you can still use the “F5” refresh function, but it is slower and more heavy weight, as it regenerates all the thumbnails in the album. The CTRL+F5 search for new images function was swift, and it just added the new images to the album quickly.

FYI. Ok it was my fault. The function exists, but it is displayed neither in the menu, nor under the keyboard shortcuts settings page, but it exists and works! I was missing it, because I switched to XFCE4 and there is the CTRL+F5 mapped to switch to workspace 5, which I don’t have, so in my case it does not do anything, but overmaps the shortcut of Digikam …
Solution for me: I deleted the CTRL+F5 mapping in XFCE4 configuration, which you can only do in .config/xfce4/xfconf/xfce-perchannel-xml/xfce4-keyboard-shortcuts.xml and have to restart XFCE4 or reboot, then it works.
