Digikam Thumbnail View: How to View More Tags?

In the standard thumbnail view mode only one line of tags can be seen. Is it possible to view more than one line of tags?

Also is there a way to sort how the tags are viewed?
By default it appears there is no order.

I don’t know how to add more lines in Thumbnail view.
The tags are in alphabetical order on my PCs.

Unfortunately, there is not a way to select a tag sort order. Hovering over the image will show more tags if you have that turned on, but even then I don’t think it shows all the tags if you have several tags assigned.
