Turns out I already have it, must have been in today’s updates, installed as Flathub flatpak.
One thing, you ink to a page which probably shows info about the new version, but is it possible to get that page in a light theme? What is shown now is impossible to read for me. Thank you.
We don’t have access to the web page source. You would have to ask the digiKam folks directly.
Do you any info about auto tags feature ?
Unfortunately it keeps freezing now when I go to people and the build up of tumbnails goes on… need to force close it 
Ok, seems to be fixed now. I was always annoyed that the backup software I use errored on the Idrive on the hard disk, so I disconnected it.. in that turn, it also resolved the freezes with digiKam… so Idrive local and digiKam also don’t like each other..
