I installed DigiKam 8.7.0 on a Windows system and am having problems playing back most mp4 videos, giving the error message “An error has occurred with the media player …“. If I open these mp4 files with VLC Media Player and Windows Media Player they play perfectly. Why the error in DigiKam when playing slideshow in DigiKam?
My above post had a few views but not any response or help. If this is not the correct forum for Digikam by KDE, then can someone direct me to where I can post this to get help? Thanks!
