Discourse is great and very flexible, so thanks for this move. What would make it even better is if we could integrate it nicer into Plasma too.
On mobile phones DiscourseHub is a great tool to follow several Discourse-based forums at the same time:

The way I imagine it – and I’m sure KDE devs and designers might have a much better idea – is to have essentially a Plasmoid/widget that would list all the Discourse forums I follow and mention how many Unread, New, etc. posts and messages there are in each. By clicking on any of them, it would simply open that link in the default browser.
