discover "update all" doesn't work on my Steam Deck

I have over 100 updates. I can’t simply do “update all.” When I try, it gives me some popups regarding removed or replaced software, then just redisplays the list of updates. I have never in all of the time I have owned my Steam Deck, been able to do an “update all.” I always have to unselect all, and then select a small subset, and then it will update them, sometimes.

I hope someone can assist me in getting this software to be more reliable.

Can you clarify? We’ll need to know the actual text of the error message you’re seeing. Even a screenshot of the popup would be better than nothing.
