Seriously, DT doesn’t use a window manager or Plasma, why would his first look opine matter to anyone? 
The video matters for the sheer fact that it is out there and his channel has a lot of viewers. 
If his opinion matters to yourself is another cup of tea.

When someone provides an opinion different than yours its NOT “toxic”, it’s simply different than yours.
KDE, nor its progress couldn’t care any less what DT thinks about anything Plazma, for he doesn’t use it! WTFU!
Yes outside opinions are totally irrelevant for a project that wants to grow. KDE should only consult those who already use plasma to get non plasma users to use plasma.
