Does a CLI for KNewStuff exist?

Rationale

  1. The GUI for kf6-knewstuff-6.11.0-1.fc41.x86_64 is fairly unreliable for me, and always has been (approximately 3 years).

  2. I want to automate installation of packages available via it, without needing to manually download packages and invoke kpackagetool6. We’ve abstracted dpkg and rpm into apt and dnf5 for good reason. [1]

Consequently, does a CLI for it exist?
