Might be:

[confirmed] Kde-frameworks 6.19 with SMB mounted: Dolphin cannot copy or rename files

That’s a different issue that the one that this thread was about.

KDE Frameworks Version: 6.19.0

This particular bug is fixed with KDE Frameworks 6.20 (or 6.19.1).
