every now and then, but not always, I have to access a webdav file server.
I try to do it with dolphin, which works. URL with webdavs://…
Since the URL is long and complicated, I have added it to my locations to use it as a bookmark.
Now I have trouble with dolphin: Every time I start dolphin, or even when I put a memory card into my computer which is recognized by KDE, KDE offers to mount it then, a requester opens asking for the webdav password. And not just once, but repeatedly about 5 to 10 times in a loop.
Is that a bug or a feature?
Isn’t there a way to bookmark locations in dolphin and to open them only if really needed, and not just because they are known?
It seems it fails multiple time in a row. Do you hit cancel when it prompts you ? Or did you try to enter your credentials ?
Are you connected to a network where the webdavs is accessible at the time you connect ?
But the issue is it tries to connect to your webdav bookmark when you are just mounting a memory card.
If you launch dolphin through the command line and reproduce the issue do you see any output ?
