I use “Day / Night Switcher” to switch between Breeze Dark and Breeze Light and the icons for Dolphin don’t go back to Light when I switch to Dark and then back to Light.
So I can 't see them, and I have to restart Dolphin.
I use Papirus icons, but I note it happens with Breeze too.
Switching themes appears to also break Firefox window decorations. if I pick the default breeze theme, it resets everything, and then I get non-native window decorations. Which is perhaps related.
I find it hard to unpick what controls what. I’m also unsure as to what “Day / Night Switcher” actually does.
It has settings for “Color A” and “Color B” not “Theme A” and “Theme B”.
Overall I find light dark switching on KDE problematic and unclear about what is actually happening, and what is possible.
Like, for Konsole, I need to run a script using qdbus to change the actual colours in the terminal.
