Not much to say here, dolphin is the only app that consistently stutters(really bad) when it’s big.
I am using Hyprland and when I make the window small enough, it works just fine.
No, it’s very unlikely to be my system since pretty much every other app works perfectly fine and iirc, I had this issue on other systems too.

With KWin on a 4k screen + 2k vertical screen I have no issue.
There could be an incompatibility of some sort with Hyprland.
There could be a number of reason some stutter could be noticeable when resizing windows.
Dolphin may not be the only application concerned then.
