Hi,
What do you guys/gals think of KDE Plasma having a Metadata Cleaner baked into Dolphin?
If it doesn’t exist already.

there is also kleaner which could be used in a servicemenu instead of exiftool

najepaliya/kleaner: A small utility application for clearing multimedia metadata such as EXIF, IPTC and XMP

and may have a better chance of being pulled into dolphin (in fact there are two existing forks of being worked on in private, for whatever that’s worth).
