Dolphin related errors in journal

Hi, I have noticed that there are many lines in the journal containing very similar entries to the following:

Jan 10 13:46:18 hightower-i5-6600k dolphin[26703]: [https @ 0x5643b96e1140] Protocol 'https' not on whitelist 'file,crypto,data'!
Jan 10 13:46:18 hightower-i5-6600k dolphin[26703]: [hls @ 0x5643b9538980] Failed to open segment 1006 of playlist 0
Jan 10 13:46:18 hightower-i5-6600k dolphin[26703]: [hls @ 0x5643b9538980] Segment 1006 of playlist 0 failed too many times, skipping

Do you know what is causing this?

Are you using dolphin flatpak package or dolphin snap package ?

What is your distro ?

I don’t think those messages are originating from dolphin itself, but it does cause them.

Hi, I am not using dolphin flatpak or dolphin snap package.

I am using openSUSE Tumbleweed with the kernel standard stable kernel.

Today’s Dolphin messages so far:

These entries are accompanied by many many VLC entries:

Someone on irc mentioned Dolphin hls stream or something like that.

I have another openSUSE Tumbleweed machine here with same kernel. It does not exhibit the same behavior (no vlc or dolphin journal entries).

Not from dolphin itself, but probably due the video thumbnailer using ffmpeg.
