Hi - based on the original announcement of it, that tab style hasn’t actually rolled out to the general public yet, as it’s planned for Plasma 6.3 and subsequent KDE Gear and KDE Frameworks releases. I imagine that screenshot came from a developer’s machine that is running locally compiled main branches of all those components, and is therefore kind of constantly testing all newly merged code before its general release
