Dubble green frame

All of the sudden a double green frame appeared in the project monitor out of nowhere. I have no idea how it got there, don’t know where its for and I don’t know how to get rid of it. My search always end up with “Green Screen” Closing kdenlife and reopening doesn’t make it go away. And I don’t know how it is called.

Help !

That’s called Safe Areas. You can switch it on and off by hovering the mouse over the edges of the project monitor.
