I’m wondering, whether there’s somewhere to download EFFECT Packs thatt Capcut effects like?

Not that I am aware of. In the Kdenlive world there is no such thing as an Effect Pack per se.

It seems that what I was guessing is correct!

I just noticed that, to achieve that result, we can just add those effects to the Track’s Header (drag & drop) and it’ll affect/applied effects to all clips on that entire track!
