Is this gonna help transition all windows 10 users to kde or just the consumers?

Putting your question another way –
- Is the EOL of Microsoft’s Windows 10 going to influence the migration of a part of the Microsoft customer base, away to something else?
Meaning, are existing Microsoft customers –
- going to buy new hardware and migrate to Windows 11 or,
- continue to use their existing hardware with another Operating System or,
- ditch the Microsoft environment and, move to something else – such as, Apple macOS running on Apple silicon?
Given the performance of Apple’s M3 and M4 Silicon, I suspect that, a portion of the Microsoft Customer Base will move over to Apple – particularly those involved in “graphics” …
A portion of the Microsoft Customer Base will, for whatever reason, invest in new hardware and migrate to Windows 11 – for whatever reason …
Which leaves the remaining portion: They’ll either –
- stay with Windows 10 until the Doomsday or,
- they’ll tinker with the idea of moving to another Operation System running on their existing hardware …
Catch-22 is, how will they get to hear about the possibility of using another Operating System on their existing hardware?
- I have an acquaintance who is totally proud of the fact that, he’s got Windows 11 up and running on his Windows 10 hardware …
And, he’s totally opposed to using anything other than Microsoft Windows …
