English (Europe) locale suggestion

I hope KDE will introduce English for European locales in the future. A lot of European users prefer to use an American keyboard layout and American English, but if I select this I automatically get the American formats for time which I do not prefer. I need to setup my system with British English, but I do prefer to use American English with European time formats. Please consider adding this. Windows already has it which I love.

Does modifying the options here not allow you to do this?

You can add an American keyboard layout under keyboards, and in the above screenshot you can modify all those options to whatever region you’re from / prefer. So you can set American English as the language, but set the numbers / time / currency / measurements / address / name style / phone numbers, et cetera to whatever you like. You can set them all relative for Germany, or Spain or France or wherever in Europe you’re from.

Yeah, but this was IMO the exact issue the OP had: Not having to waste time tampering with the l10n settings.
I would totally approve that too: I am Dutch, by default we use a US int keyboard layout. But I use the British standard in English (or Irish, which also sets the €)
