Whenever I try to access anything online under the section “Global Themes”, like icons,themes,cursors, I get this error. I have no proxy enabled and also kde.store.org is working perfectly in browser. I have found some posts about this issue and also some solutions but nothing seems to work for me. Also when I tried “curl -I https://autoconfig.kde.org/ocs/providers.xml”, I got this error “curl: (35) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer”.
