Export and Import individual global design settings

i really miss the ability to export my individual global design settings like theme, icons, colors, application style, plasma style, window decorations, cursors, login-screen (SDDM), bootscreen, etc.
so i can load ALL my settings with one mouse-click as a global-design.

Export global-design settings as “new global design” and import it from file or install it as a global design.

Unfortunately this still doesn’t export the chosen SDDM theme, but everything else should work.
