Hello, I have a problem creating a new key pair - I get the following message as in the title. I did self-diagnosis(photo) and these error messages appear every time when I run the application. I installed the latest version of Cleopatra, cleaned and updated the system and I have no idea what the cause is or how to solve this problem…

As the text says –
Click on a test for details.
When, you click on a test, regardless of failed or passed, the area below the test results and above the 2 check-boxes at the bottom of the window, will be filled with some text describing what went wrong during the test.
Where did you install Kleopatra? Did you use the gpg4win installer?
