I would like to ask if there are any plans to implement a feature in Okular that allows users to edit the Table of Contents of a PDF (the document outline), in addition to editing bookmarks.
Currently, Okular provides the option to manage bookmarks, which is very useful. However, being able to directly modify or create entries in the Table of Contents would be an important improvement for those who work extensively with academic or technical PDFs.
Is this functionality already planned, or would it make sense to submit a feature request for it?
