I’d like to be able to sort tags by most/least used, so I’m proposing that the number of instances (that appears now in parentheses, if the relevant option is selected) be shown in a separate column, and that column be made sortable.

That would help when culling a large collection of tags, IMHO, and forstatistical purposes in general.

Now that I think of it, sorting by assigned to a specific image (i.e. by checkbox, in the right sidebar) would also be nice.
