Finding way to build kirigami-gallery on macos (other than craft)

I have recently build kirigami-gallery on windows11, using msys2 clang64.

in msys2, all dependencies can be installed using pacman. package names is nearlly same as arch linux.

now i wonder if there any similar way to have software building environment in macos.

currently craft is huge to me ( i was scared by that package naming, which is kind like gentoo prefix)
