I’m trying the flatpak versions of KDE Gear apps (to move to an atomic distro in the feature) and it looks like they can’t open anything on an SMB share. I’ve tried Kwrite and Gwenview and both fail to open anything on my NAS. Gwenview just does nothing, KWrite fails with “Unable to create KIO worker. Unknown protocol ‘smb’.” The distro provided (Fedora 40) packages work without such problems. I’ve looked into the permissions KCM, but I don’t see anything relevant here. Any solutions for this problem? Or should I report it as a bug for the Flathub Team?
