I just change PC and I install KDE Neon user edition, as in the old PC.
I found out that Discover do not show the Flatpak version of any app, plus in the setting the Flatpak update is no longer present.
Anyone with any suggestion

search discover for the flatpak backend and install that.

Thx skyfishgoo…but I did it as soon I had/noticed the problem and it did not solve it. Busy backing up my PC and then a fresh install (while I keep my finger crossed).
