You can try flatpak update in Konsole instead.
AFAIK due to the nature of how openSUSE handles Flatpaks you possibly have to have elevated privileges sometimes when updating…

Not getting the issue on this laptop. I can update as a normal user.

Until it is fixed just enter the root password and re-run the updates that didn’t get applied.

User from openSUSE forum suggested adding myself to the “wheel” and “flatpak” groups and it worked.
