Fn keys not working on Wayland, they work on X11

Moving on from Fn keys not working on plasma/Wayland, they work on X11 / Laptop Issues / Arch Linux Forums before filing a bug.

Some of the Fn key combinations arent working, libinput debug-events shows the keystrokes and they all work correctly if running on X11. They just dont respond while on the Wayland session.

I’m running a Minisforum V3 SE, everything up to date.

Can you specify which ones.

As posted on the Arch forum:

and only some work: F1(plane mode), F7(touchpad toggle) and F8(display configuration).
F2, F3, F4(volume controls), F5, F6(screen brightness) and F10(search, should open krunner) aren’t responding.
