Dear Support Team,
My system:-
Distro: Q4OS 5.7 Aquarius
OS: Debian GNU/Linux 12
KDE Plasma Version: 5.27.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.103.0
Qt Version: 5.15.8
Kernel Version: 6.1.0-30-amd64 (64-bit)
Graphic Platform: X11
Dolphin Version: 22.12.3
I attempted to sync files and folders between my desktop computer and Android smartphone using MEGA cloud services, but the process failed significantly. As a result, I manually uninstalled all synced folders and files from my phone. Unfortunately, this action appears to have disrupted Dolphin File Manager on my desktop.
All default folders under ‘Places’ no longer exist (e.g., attempting to access */home/kay/Downloads
* returns an error stating that the file or folder does not exist).
I have reviewed the Dolphin Handbook but could not find specific instructions on how to reset the file manager and restore the default ‘Places’ folders (e.g., Desktop, Documents, Downloads, etc.) to their original state.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this issue.
Thank you in advance for your assistance.
