Game controller calibration seemingly removed?

Hi, my GameCube controller’s left stick does not have full range of motion so I was hoping to be able to calibrate it; however, it seems the feature to do so straight from KDE was removed, perhaps silently.

Why was it removed? Are there any alternatives? I can’t use my controller properly until I can calibrate it. It otherwise works perfectly fine. Increasing the sensitivity in some apps causes it to work beautifully, but not every app has a sensitivity option, and even if they did, I’d rather set it and forget it system-wide.

the package kcm_joystick should still be available in the repositories if it’s not already installed.

What would that be on Arch?

that entirely depends on if who ever maintains your repositories complied it or not.

do a search with your package manager.
