If I remember correctly, it’s a bug introduced on GitLab’s side and I’m guessing we’re waiting for it be fixed.

Bugzilla doesn’t seem to have a product category for the Gitlab instance. Where would you report and track such issues?
Seems to be a general Gitlab issue, Wine is also effected: https://gitlab.winehq.org

We don’t maintain anything about GitLab, it’s just the community edition AFAIK
