Global theme does not install correctly

Hello everyone,

I wanted to download and install a global theme named “Otto” but I can’t get it to work properly.

Otto

(I installed it from the global themes management in the system configuration)
The taskbar for example is totally different from the screenshots.
I then tried to install other themes but it doesn’t change anything. I have the impression that only certain components don’t want to update.

Here’s my system information:
Operating System: openSUSE Tumbleweed 20240627
KDE Plasma Version: 6.1.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.3.0
Qt Version: 6.7.2
Kernel Version: 6.9.6-1-default (64-bit)
Graphics Platform: X11

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I think you need to log-out and log-in for any theme to take full effect.
Did you do that?

Of course, but that doesn’t solve the problem.

Seems okay to me. Otto is a kvantum theme.
