Graph moves by dragging it with the cursor

Dear all,

I would like to prevent the graph from moving by dragging it with the cursor. It’s very annoying and dangerous.
Is possible?

I mean the curve inside the graph. The axes remain stationary but the curve moves if I drag it with the mouse

To lock the position of a curve you can use the lock option. See the attached image.
