Graphical bugs appearing recently

I have been encountering odd visual bugs recently. when I move my mouse between the monitors the glitch in the picture shows up. Also when using playing a game the colors change, and color banding issues appear, when the window is in focus. When I move my mouse to another monitor or press the meta key the colors get fixed. Anyone has seen something similar or have a fix?
