Help with KDE Kalendar--I cannot see any All Day events in Week view

Hello all! I am not certain if this is a common bug since I can find little other mention of it online, the only bug report I found is here.

I have attached my Nextcloud calendars to Kalendar via the Dav Groupware Resource, and viewing/creating/deleting events works perfectly, until I swap to the week view, when all day tasks simply do not appear. I have tried creating new all day tasks, which do appear in Month and Schedule view, but the week view remains empty, as seen here. If anyone else have experience with this, any help would be much appreciated!

Kalendar: local/kalendar 23.04.3-1 (kde-applications kde-pim)
Nextcloud version: Nextcloud Hub 5 (27.0.1)
OS: EndeavourOS

i had to add the backports repo to install kalendar

then i had to also install

sudo apt install -f kdepim-addons
sudo apt install -f libkf5akonadicalendar-bin

no idea if this will help your situation but my kalendar is working with my clock now and shows upcoming events in the pop-up calendar when you click on the clock… i can even -Add events from there.

when i open kalendar, all my views are showing the same events.

Thanks for the tips–I did have both packages installed (I think
libkf5akonadicalendar-bin is the same as akonadi-calendar on EndeavourOS/Arch). Unfortunately no change yet
