How can I prevent the tasks from autostarting

I’m running Debian 12.5 Stable (bookworm) with plasma-desktop and was wondering why these HTOP tasks might be critical and how to prevent them from loading.

A user, guss77, pointed me to systemd-cgls to see what is starting tasks and also showed me how to stop ssh-agent:

systemctl --user disable --now ssh-agent.service
