How do I add a custom menu item?

I know in normal plasma, you can just create an entry using kmenuedit, but that doesn’t seem to work on Plasma Bigscreen.

Anyone know how to add a custom menu item for Plasma Bigscreen?

As far as I know kmenuedit isn’t installed with Bigscreen, but you can manually create the required .desktop files to add a menu entry.

Yep, that worked. I put it in my ~/.local/share/applications/ folder and after restarting was able to add it to my favorites.
