How do I change the vrr range?

I want to change the minimum refresh rate to something higher than 48hz to avoid the brightness issue of freesync.

I would also like to know if this is possible.

For whatever reason my monitor (MSI MAG Optix 274QRF-QD) looks choppy at refresh rates below 70 FPS. For this reason Iā€™d prefer to have the minimum VRR value at 70 FPS.
