How do I disable Alt+Shift?

Whenever I press Alt and Shift simultaneously, it acts as if I press the Meta key. How do I disable this?

I configured Alt+Shift to change my keyboard layouts. After upgrading to 6.2, I thought my keyboard is broken, when I press Alt and slightly touch Shift it shows launcher, but if I hold Alt pressed and fully press Shift it switches keyboard layout.
