How do we get the information of a number value:
The number of currently selected characters
in status bar, and other many needed number values ?
If you right click any of the existing items in the right hand side of the status bar you can add show line count and show word count but I don’t know of a way to add number of selected characters unless one of the plugins provides it.
do you just want to see it on the screen?
or are you saying you want to copy the value as a string?
This has been bugging me today; I enabled both line count and word count as per my last comment and it actually enables selected character count as well.
