How does one change their keyboard layout?

As the undermentioned appears to corroborate:

…Fedora-KDE-Desktop-Live-44-1.7.x86_64.iso utilises the wrong keyboard layout, by default. run0 localectl set-x11-keymap gb remediates it, but how is one meant to accomplish this via kcm_keyboard?
