How is the content at `docs.kde.org` generated?

I ask because in a lot of my own code, I find myself linking to the useful documentation for things like Fonts. However, I’d very much like to version those links so that I know exacty what content I was referring to.

Because that domain doesn’t provide a counterpart for (for instance) MediaWiki’s “Permanent link” sidebar option, if it’s generated using Markdown pages stored in a GitLab (Invent) repository, I’d like to be able to link to that source content instead, even if it’s less pretty.

I’ve managed to find KDE Doxygen Tools and KDocTools, but neither appeared to be of use in this regard.
