How to add a image to a video?

Hello,

I want to know how to add an image to a video so that the video can be used as a background.

Put your video clip on V1 and the image on V2. Apply a Transform effect to the image clip and change the size value so that the video on V1 is visible as much as you want: image with video in the background.
