How to change 'Meta+Alt+Scroll' keybind and behaviour?

Hi, I’m currently on Plasma 6.1.4.
I would like to customise two things about this shortcut:

  1. Invert the scroll direction (because right now, scrolling up goes to the previous, not the next virtual desktop)
  2. Assign this shortcut to “Meta+Scroll”

I have found no documentation regarding this shortcut, it can neither be found in the System Setting’s Shortcuts entry nor the Window Management entry.
Does anyone know where this shortcut is configured and how it can be changed?

under desktop settings, mouse actions you can set the scroll wheel to switch desktops.

under virtual desktops you can set the scroll wheel to wrap around, but you can’t invert the scroll wheel direction.

none of this requires the meta key.

The mouse actions under desktop settings can only be accessed when the mouse is hovering over the desktop background, but can’t be used when inside an application, making it impractical for my use case.

The thing is: If I want to switch virtual desktops when having a maximised application, the only options are keyboard shortcuts like ctrl+alt+right or peeking at the desktop and then scrolling. I would like to to switch desktops with meta+scroll however, like on gnome.
